S&S .585 inch lift cams are designed for 88" to 96" engines with compression ratios from 10 to 10.5:1 and 100" and 107" engines at 9.7:1 to 10.5:1 compression.
This 585CE Chain Drive Easy Start cam is designed to increase performance at an affordable price and Easy Start Cams allow stock starter to start any engine. Because this kit reuses many of the stock parts it is very economical.
Kit includes cams, gear cover gasket, cam bearings, and instructions.

Do I need to make any more modifications to use these cams

No matter which machine it is that you have, you'll want to adjust fuel delivery with either, a jet kit for carbureted bikes or programmable fuel tuner for fuel-injected machines in order to get the best possible power gains available from these cams.
That, and if you're fitting these to a 1999-2006 Twin Cam engine (or up to 2005 Dyna models), then you're going to need a set of performance valve springs to deal with the higher valve lift. 2006+ Dynas and all 2006+ Twin Cam engines came with better valve springs from the factory, so that's not a required upgrade.
Other than that, these cams are designed to work with all remaining OEM components so you shouldn't need anything else to fit them to your machine.
