Very pleased with the proprietary design S&S has done with their chain tensioners. Love the fact that there's 2 ports to throw oil onto the chain. This is clearly going to beat Feulings shoes out of the water. Theirs (Feuling) only lasted 10k miles and they started to chip away.

Parts boxed up great and I had a question about the cam plate having some round mounting marks on the back side and called customer service and he explained that those are marks from a jig that S&S uses for installing the brass bushings.

Milwaukee Eight engines only require one tensioner while Twin Cam engines need two tensioners. You'll receive the correct number of tensioners for the machine you select from our fit guide.
