Easy to install. Works great with stock springs so far. Change of cam plate and oil pump are highly recommended. I also upgraded lifters and push rods at the same time. You will need a new tune. Either buy your own tuner or get a professional to tune.

will these need hi lift valve springs on a 2014 streetglide

There is no need for high lift valve springs when installing these components on a 2014 Street Glide. It's only in older Twin Cam engines that it could become an issue. For your bike, the OEM springs are more than up to the task of handling the additional lift.
