The 110" Power Package is the ideal combination of performance and savings to transform your Twin Cam HD without breaking the bank. Bump the early Twin Cam from 96ci or 103ci to 110ci as well as adding matched cams/cam plate/oil pump and everything else a high performance cam chest needs to reliably make big power.

What do I need to change to swap over on the heads no differnt springs or any of the upper interals

If you have a 1999-2004 model, you would need to upgrade the valve springs in order to use this kit with 585 cams.
It lists cam chain tensioners but gear drive cams. Does in have chain drive or gear drive camshafts?

The cams are gear drive but you would still have the primary cam chain on the outer side of the cam plate that the crankshaft drives to turn the cams.
what else is recommended, do I need a newer controller and different exhaust.

I currently have a 95kit installed with a 203 cam, The exhaust is stock but the mufflers are a more performance. I have a arlen ness fuel pack right now.
Addition of a fuel controller and aftermarket exhaust would definitely help get the most out of this power pack.
