Yes, absolutely. As a general rule, when it comes to motorcycle tires at least, if the tire is listed as tubeless, then you have the option of using a tube or running it without one. The only time a tube is required for a motorcycle tire is if it's listed as a "TT" or "Tube Type" tire.
