If I add these to my 2011 do I really have to upgrade the cam plate and oil pump
Nope! These cams are designed to be a dirt bolt-in item for standard Twin Cam engines, including those on your 2011 HD. They will work with all the remaining OEM components on any bike you select from our fit guide.
