Once you select your exact machine from our fit guide, you'll be presented with a choice of vented and non-vented 1997 Harley Davidson FLSTC Heritage Softail Classic gas caps. The non-vented fits the left side and the vented fits the right side. Of course, the non-vented cap will also have a reverse thread on it.
With that, you should be all set for replacing both gas caps on your bike.
