Renthal 520 Grooved Front Sprocket 16T

Renthal grooved off-road countershaft sprockets are designed to offer a long lasting front chainwheel in a lightweight design which offers maximum power transfer.

They are CNC machined from a cased hardened and core refined 655M13 nickel chromium steel.

Mud grooves are CNC machined into each tooth on both sides to allow mud to flow away from the key contact points between the chain and the chainwheel. This helps reduce wear and increases the drivetrain lifespan.

  • Precision CNC machined to extremely tight tolerances
  • Case hardened and core refined 655M13 nickel-chrome-molybdenum alloy steel to give the ultimate combination of strength and hardness
  • Feature self-cleaning mud grooves between every tooth on both sides help prevent dirt build up
  • Made in the UK

Finest best quality and lightest

By Pro-Centurion fuel on

The finest best quality and lightest countershaft sprocket out there. If you had a factory Works bike this is a sprocket you would use.

Questions & Answers

What size sprockets do I need for more top end Yamaha warrior 350 quad

By Cobbie

For more top speed, and this applies to all chain-driven machines for which Renthal makes sprockets - a bigger front sprocket will increase top speed. On the rear end of the bike, the opposite is true, you'll want to install a sprocket with fewer teeth on it in order to achieve a higher top speed. The gear ratios act just like that of a bicycle. Just have a look at how many teeth you currently have on your sprockets and order accordingly!
