Is it just the foam or is it the whole seat

Moose seat foam is just that - foam. You are to re-use the stock seat pan and seat cover in order to fit this to your machine. We do have a variety of seat covers available, should you need to replace that, just search our website for "seat cover" and you'll be able to find exactly what you need!
