Yes, if you were to select the 2009 Harley Davidson FLHTCUTG Tri Glide Ultra Classic windshield light kit from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct components to fit your machine. While the wire harness itself is a plug-and-play affair, you will have to drill two small holes in the fairing to run the wires to your bike's wire harness.
