So far so good. Seems of good quality. Install was not very bad at all old twisted stiff wires had to be gentle but got it done. Have played with tune and has relieved that lean cough. Still playing with it for mire fine tuning.

I have a 2 into one and a S &S Breather on a stock engine will this help lean it out ? I get a lot of pops on decel or off throttle at speed. also plugs are a bit black seems rich 2002 Electra glide TC 88 FI
It might help, properly configured of course, but before you go down this road, have you checked that everything on your engine is sealed up? Specifically, make sure that the air cleaner, manifold and all exhaust gaskets are in good shape. If there's any chance of air getting in through those areas, you're more likely to encounter backfiring as fresh air leaks into the engine from various places. Considering the age of your bike, an old gasket might be the real culprit!

Yes, this would be a very useful tuner to work with your bike's particular set, and especially, as it evolves over time.

I'm not sure what your definition of fooler happens to be, so I can't comment on that. I can tell you that this particular device plugs in-between components such as the ECU/fuel injector(s), ignition &etc. (which, exactly, depends on what bike you have) and modifies the incoming or outgoing signal to enhance engine performance. The Power Commander works in much the same way. Other than that, pretty much every fuel tuner on the market works in this way. There are those that flash/reprogram new settings over to the ECU or completely replace said ECU, The Vance & Hines Fuelpak FP4 is an example of the former, while the Thunder Heart ThunderMax ECM with Integral Auto Tune System. Back to the Twin Tuner in question, this device - when configured correctly, has been proven to be an effective fuel tuner for a wide range of applications: aftermarket exhausts, air intakes and cams are well within the purview of this tuner.
