I needed to replace my OEM grips due to "melting" of the rubber on the throttle. I like the thin-ness of the OEM grip and didn't want a "fat" grip. I got the ISO with the throttle boss. The grips were exactly as described. Some of the web reviews stated the installation / fit could be a challenge, but they worked perfectly. Removed the left grip without using a blade. Installation was as described also. Easy to install. Look, fit and operate as they said they would. Great grips, look great.
