Their web-site is easy to navigate and, as an owner of a few older bikes, I've always found whatever it is I've been looking for, usually at the best available price. The "Overall Rating" and "Value" categories both get 5 stars. They won't let me submit my review without giving them a rating in the "Quality" category and honestly, more time is needed for me to make a educated decision. With that said, everything has always looked and performed great. I expect that they are at the very least on par with other reputable vendors in this field. So, at this point, they get 5 quality stars.
