1980 Honda CM200T Retrofit

By None on

This easily fits on a 1980 twin star cm200t with a slight modification of the rotor.. as of now there was nothing on the market for the year of motorcycle and this product works beautifully. Bring those old Bikes back to life that you can’t find parts for anymore!

Questions & Answers

CARB APPROVED NO What does that mean ? Fuel injected only ?

By Ross N.

I have a 1978 KZ1000-C1A POLICE engine (carbureted). Will this work on it and what else, if anything, will I need to make it work.

CARB Approved refers to the California Air Resource Board. Basically, if it's not CARB-approved, it cannot be used on a road-going motorcycles. To your fit question, if you were to select the 1978 Kawasaki KZ1000C Police 1000 electronic ignition from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct components to fit your machine. No other parts are required to fit it to your bike.
