On my 2024 HD street glide Harley Davidson redesigned and took out the head breather tubs going into the air cleaner thus no more oil mist being sucked into the heads. Is this air cleaner been changed for this type of setup.

Yes, the VVT engines, like the one used in your 2024 Street Glide, require a different air cleaner assembly on account of the redesigned intake and engine components. As such, the kit you'd receive is different than the one that would fit a 2023 or older M8 machine.
Does the bike have to be tuned after installation of this part? I have a 2023 Road Glide

To your tuning question - we always recommend you adjust fuel delivery whenever you change the way air moves into, or out of, the engine. Yes, you can probably get away with installing this air cleaner without making any changes to the fuel maps, but if you want the best possible throttle response and engine power output that's available from this (or any other) upgrade, you'll certainly want to update mapping. For your particular machine, we recommend the Vance & Hines FP4 - it's easy to install, really (REALLY) easy to set up and it's always ready for future upgrades, too!

Yes, this is offered for that 2012 Road Glide. You should be able to choose that year/make/model from the vehicle selection drop down to get the correct air cleaner kit needed for that bike.
