Does the kit come with o-rings and snap rings

O-rings and snap rings are not included with any of these fuel lines. You are to re-use the OEM components in order to install the line(s) on any of the bikes you see listed in our fit guide.
Does package come with instructions?

There are no instructions included with Goodridge fuel lines. They're a rather straight forward swap. If you're comfortable with doing an oil change or brake line swap, this won't be difficult at all. Still, we always recommend you have a service manual handy in the form of a Clymer manual for your Harley Davidson. The books are really well-written, and will explain how to do everything, with good photos, torque specs &etc.
