The bearings are a superior design compared to the OEM. They have internal o-rings to seal the inner races of the bearings, where the stock ones do not. They are also tapered roller bearings compared to the stock ball bearings.

What would you put on a 19 Polaris ranger xp 1000 with larger tires 32-10-14 , with a wider stance. I know the tire- wheel combo puts more strain on wheel bearings. Thanki
DAC refers the bearing's construction: Double-row Angular Contact design. They're certainly designed to be more durable than the OEM bearings they replace because the bearings surfaces can suck up hits from the side better than conventional radial bearings that are fitted stock to your machine. It is for that reason they're a lot more durable than stock.
Are the bearings life time lubed

The bearings come pre-lubed at the factory. Lifetime lubed - that's really hard to say. They'll last longer than the OEM bearings they replace, but exactly how long depends on how often/where/what you ride in.

With regard to the blue material, that would be the elastomer double-lip seal that's designed to keep dirt and debris off the baring surfaces for extra durability and wheel bearing longevity.
