1983 Honda GL 1100 Goldwing.
The windshield from National Cycle that fits your Goldwing actually attached at four different points: two on the handlebar and on each fork. It's not clear in the images, but I can assure you that it'll fit your bike in a workmanlike manner and last for years.

Yes, that's correct - it'll bolt straight onto the OEM handlebars on your machine. The big caveat there is space for the clamps on your bars. So long as you don't have a bunch of accessories clamp to your bars, then there will be plenty of room. With regard to tint, for your bike, this windshield can only be had in clear.

Given that the 1996 Yamaha XV750 Virago 750 didn't roll off the assembly line with a pre-installed windshield, pretty much every Virago windshield you find to fit is going to require some assembly and adjustments. Plexistar windshields come with all of the required mounting hardware to fit. There's no need for any custom fabrication skills either, just simple hand tools and an evening in the garage is all it takes to fit them to your bike.
