Yes, if you were to select the2021 Harley Davidson FXFBS Softail Fat Bob 114 from our fit guide, and match it to the corresponding gauge size selection, it would indeed fit your machine. It plugs into the OEM wiring harness and requires no machining or fabrication work to complete the installation. Just a few minutes of programming the device is all it takes to get it up and running. This is clearly outlined in the included instructions and takes maybe 10 or 15 minutes to complete. Very easy to set up!

I own a 2023 HD Road King Special 114ci. Will this need programming or any involvement from Harley Davidson service department to complete installation or for 100% functionality?
Outside of configuring the unit itself to work on your machine, there's no need to flash the ECU or anything like that, in order to have it function as advertised after it's properly installed. No trip to the dealer is required.
