Will this tach worn on a 2004 HD Sportster 1200c using TwinTec tc88a ignition module and Barrons single fire adapter installed.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. All of the 2004 XL1200s rolled off the assembly line with a single fire ignition, which is what these are wired to accept. The important thing, of course, would be to wire the input signal for the tachometer downstream of the single fire adaptor that you have so the tach shows the correct readout. Other than that, I don't see any problems using this with your current setup.
