Does this fit the new headlight housing set up on 2024 KTM XC-W models?

No, the E-Blaze comes with LED lights already installed. You need not re-use any of the OEM headlight components. It should fit your particular machine without much issue, about all that's required is some minor electrical work on your part to complete the installation.
