Does this product come with mounting hardware?

Without knowing what machine it is that you have, I can't say for sure. Most of these kits do come with all the required hardware to fit them to the exhaust on the bike you choose from our fit guide. In the case of some exhausts, though, they do re-use some of the OEM heat shield components. So long as you have the stock (or aftermarket exhaust, if available) components on hand, then you have everything you need for fitting this heat shield to your bike.
