Good day, can this be manually be adjusted for 30" tires? And if so is it an easy process?

Yes, this instrument's speedometer input can be adjusted to work with a variety of wheel sizes. The process is rather straight forward for setting that up. You'll find the information to do that correctly on page 5 of the included instructions.
