Oh yes, there is indeed an integrated breather assembly that's part of this air cleaner kit's design. You can remove the OEM air cleaner's breather components when putting this new kit on your machine.
Will this fit my 2015 ultra limited low with lower fearings?

Unfortunately, no - these air cleaners, like most 90-degree air cleaner kits for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, won't fit machines equipped with lower fairings. The same goes for machines with lower front speaker pods. This is due to the fact that there isn't enough room between the front of the air cleaner's forward-facing filter and the aft section of the lower fairing. The air cleaners are just too long to fit.
