These fork dust seals are sold in pairs, so you only need to order a quantity of one to service both forks on your Silverado. The same holds true for the All Balls Fork Bushing Kit - there are enough parts to service both forks. And as you've noted, the dust seals are not included in the fork bushing kit, so make sure you get both items along with some fork oil and you'll have everything you need to get back to factory new!
