Does this come with the carrier? Also what axle set up would I want if I ran this? I want to do a +4 axle

It really depends on what machine it is that you have - if you're working on a 2001-2005 Yamaha Raptor, everything you need is in the box. If it's a 2006+ Raptor 700R, then you'll need to re-use the stock brake caliper carrier, bearing housing &etc. to finish the job. In either case, you can even run the OEM axle if you'd like. If you're looking for a wider stance, you could use a Lone Star Axcalibar Pro Axle or any of the DuraBlue axles that fit the stock housing. There's quite a bit to choose from!
