Bye bye plastic fuel rail!

I had the new Harley fuel line on hand which was nice since it took 9 months and 3 angry emails to corporate Harley Davidson a few years ago. The install went smoothly didn't remove the mount or throttle body. I used a large tie wrap to pull the oil lines up for clearance. I had made a short t30 bit I used to get the old plastic fuel rail out. Took a little finagling and some grease on the o-rings of the injectors but when you get it right it drops right in. New fuel line is nice no tools needed. I unplugged the map sensor for some hand clearance. Don't forget to plug it back in! Used a 5mm hex bit and cut it short to install the new Fuel rail used a 4mm wrench on that till I got it far enough down for a full 5mm Allen wrench. Get that! (Hex bit is 4mm on drive end) Tightened it up and feels real good. Rode all day yesterday and today. Bike feels strong. I did also do plugs and plug wires while I had the tank off. Overall I'm very happy with this S&S always has quality! This was the last piece of plastic to replace on my 128" M8
