Rox Speed FX Pivoting Extended Stem Risers For 1-1/8" Handlebar 2" Black

These 4 inch risers did exactly what I was hoping for. Made my seated position so that I now have all day comfort. Really great product! But there is one issue. The part of the riser that installs where the original bars were. Has a smooth surface. It badly needs to be knurled for better grip. Like the bars are. With the leverage forces these risers add. They need to grip. They don't! I got around it by making shims out of a soda can. Worked fine. But is something that obviously shouldn't be necessary. I would buy them again even knowing what I know. But they should be better.

Installed on 02 vtx 1800c with headlight cowl installed. I'm 6'3" and this riser put my seating position and shoulders in a better comfort spot for me. Install was easy. Very adjustable for personal preference. No cables needed replaced and all still have slack. (Front handbrake hydraulic cable needed to be removed from bracket next to front right fork, for need slack.)

Made the new Heritage fit me. Reach and height of the bars are finally together in the right spot. It made the seat work for me because it put me in the correct posture. BTW, 5'11", 33" inseam
