The rod kit is great by itself and price is a bonus. I bought this for a79 it175 yamaha and will polish and modify for oil passageways. It would probably be fine stock. I rode a 73 dt175 yamaha for years that had the same rod assembly and never had any problems. Sometimes it's all mental.
