This mounts to the stock holes on the Tour-Pak to fill the gap between the Tour-Pak and the rear fender. You simply re-use the OEM seat part hardware to secure it in place. If you look closely at the image on our website, you'll see a pair of holes cut into the upper part of the pad that's designed to fit behind the original seat backrest.
