Will this sprocket work with a o ring chain

Yes, this will work with an O-Ring chain. The chain type of chain you have does not matter when it comes to sprockets. What's most important is that you're matching chain size (called chain pitch) to the correct sprocket. If you've got a 520 chain, be it unsealed, Z-Ring, X-Ring &etc., it will work well with any 520 pitch sprocket.
