Filter fit like stock. It is foam so I put some K&N filter oil on it, padded it dry. So far so good. Seems to draw a bit more air than stock, wee bit lean, but nothing to worry about. Great filter, would be great if they included some spray.

Can I use this for 1983 Honda 1100 CBF? Do I need to do anything before installing it?

If it's a 1983 Honda CB1100F Super Sport you're referring to, then yes, this filter will fit straight into the OEM airbox on that bike. About the only thing you'll need to do is oil the filter before installation. You can use anything that works with foam filters, but of course, we recommend the use of Uni Foam Filter Oil on any Uni foam air filter.
Will this fit stock 1985 650 nighthawk?

Yes, so long as you check out for that 1985 Honda Nighthawk 650 that filter would fit the stock airbox.
Do I need to rejet my 04 kawasaki concours?

Yes, you're going to need to make some adjustments to fuel delivery upon the installation of this filter to your machine given that your bike is carbureted. To do that properly, we recommend a Stage 1 Dynojet carburetor jet kit for the task. In that kit, you'll find all the parts required to get the most out of the new filter, and also, should you decide to put an aftermarket exhaust on your machine, you'll have everything you need to tune your bike for that modification as well.
