Anything starter that fits a 1990-2006 Big Twin will do the trick. Personally, I prefer starters from Terry Components and Spyke since they both build new (not remanufactured) starters that are made in the USA.

BDL open belt drives include a BDL lock-up clutch kit that's built like a small tank. It won't have any problem handling a built-up 120 cubic inch motor!
