Do these have the rubber connectors on the bottom of the pad

Yes, these would include the rubber connectors on the bottom of the pad.
Is this the set with both left and right driver floorboards? Or just the left side?

It really depends on what machine it is that you have. The rubber inserts for 1991 to 2005 model year machines are sold individually while the inserts for 2006 and newer machines are sold in pairs.
Once you select your machine from our fit guide, you'll be shown exactly what's in the order. So, for the older machines, you'll need to select a quantity of two in order to replace both driver floorboard inserts.
