Not really - these brake rotors are compatible with all brake pad materials that fit your bike. It comes down to what you prefer. If you want quiet brake pads with a lot of feel, choose organic brake pads. If you want maximum bike and don't mind the dust that comes from that kind of performance, then you'll want a set of sintered metal brake pads. These rotors have no restrictions on brake pad materials.

Will this fit with the antilock brake model?
Yes, if you were to choose the 2014 Honda CTX1300 front brake rotor from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct disc to fit your machine. The ABS pulser ring is just bolted onto the carrier assembly like the OEM front right brake rotor and, as such, ABS functionality is retained. Just be sure to order two discs since these are sold individually (the same discs also fit some single-disc models), and you'll be all set!
