Pretty sweet clutch basket

Haven't done a test ride yet so I'll give it 3 stars for now on overall rating. It's clear that the basket is extremely well made. I was fortunate to have a vertical mill and a hydraulic press which took the fear out of the equation when it came time to drill the rivets out of the factory basket. Probably overkill but a guy could easily ruin the damper plate trying to drill it by hand and it needs to be swapped onto the new basket. Kick start gear put up a fight coming out of the factory basket but popped loose at around 12 tons. Dropping it into the new basket did not go as stated in the instructions as far as time and temperature in the oven. Had I known I would have put a little lubricant in the splines before putting it in the press. That was the moment it did cross my mind that I might just destroy this beautiful basket. Definitely an interference fit. Certainly not a job for a guy with a hand drill and a hammer. Just my opinion of course.
