This is a good product

This is a good product and I'm glad I bought it. It's solid and well-constructed (much better than the cheap Chinese one that I bought elsewhere and immediately returned). It does require the mirror extender brackets, which is an added expense, but IMO it's worth it. Unlike the stock windshield, it attaches to the headlight bracket as well as the windshield mounts. This is a little fiddly getting the washers lined up, but almost certainly worth it for the extra rigidity. I'm 6'4" and the screen that was originally on my bike dumped wind right under my chin. This one still allows it to hit my helmet, but it flows over the top. I'm still looking over the top of it, but the clarity of the glass is good enough that it would also be fine for a shorter person who has to look through it. Overall I thought it was a bit expensive for what it is, but worth it for the quality boost over the cheaper options.
